Title: Saitou Kaikeisha

Comments: This is another character from that manga idea I had. Her name is Keisha, and she is a doctor.
She's so stone-faced and miserable because she watched her hospital being attacked and dozens of her
patients being murdered and blames herself for not doing something to stop it.
